The Taal Kurta Set is a two-piece linen set in white, with a straight, ankle-length trouser. The top sits easily through the body, with a round neckline and a narrow front rounded V-slit. The hem is cut high-low, shorter at the front and dropping longer at the back, so the set holds some movement without any added flare.
The three-quarter sleeve opens into a short vent at the cuff, held with a single button. The trouser is cut straight through the leg, with a flat waistband that keeps the silhouette simple.
The cloth is solid linen, with a contrast ribbon running down the side seams of the tunic, folded into small loops at intervals. The trouser carries a half lining in cotton voile, which sits under the linen without changing how the trouser falls.
