CASH ON DELIVERY
We will respond to you within 48 working hours.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A flat shipping fee of USD 30 is applied to international orders below total cart value of USD 300.
- COD is not available for orders above the value of INR 15,000.
- If you do not accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.
- Acceptance of partial COD orders is not permitted. The entire order must be accepted.
- If using a gift card or voucher to make a part payment, you may avail our COD service to pay the balance.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If your purchase meets our return criteria please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 300.
- International orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Any part cancellation may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
- Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, we will unfortunately not be able to entertain any request related to non-delivery or late delivery.
- Jewellery products are not shipped internationally.
We accept the following modes of payment for international transactions:

- PayPal
TERMS OF USE FOR CREDIT NOTE, GIFT CARD, OR VOUCHER:
- To apply for a credit note, login from the same email ID to which the note has been issued.
- A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- A gift card cannot be cancelled so please ensure you enter the correct details of the recipient.
- Multiple gift cards and credit notes can be used together to pay for a single order.
- The same credit note can be used multiple times until it runs out of balance.
- No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note or gift card.
- Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing.
- Discount vouchers will not be applicable on already discounted/sale items.
- Validity of credit notes, gift cards, and vouchers cannot be extended.
- If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, any refund against the purchase will be in the same form.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Shipping is free for all domestic orders
- Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, unless specifically mentioned in the product details.
- All orders are delivered to the shipping address submitted by you while placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Free shipping only on orders above USD 300 (after discount).
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the order value.
- All custom duties and charges to be borne by the customer, applicable as per your country.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Any part cancellation or refund of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
- To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above USD 300 for international orders. All domestic orders are shipped for Free.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE
- On discounted products, the price displayed at check-out will be deemed final.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes.
- All online or advance booking orders that cannot be fully/partially delivered will be refunded within 15 Days from confirmation of cancellation.
- All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and would be borne by the customer.
- Goods & Service Tax/Sales Tax levied by Indian law, if applicable on exports would be borne by YELL and will not be charged to the customer.
